Black ops 3
Is anyone playing the beta? If so, what's it like?
Please please say it's different to advanced warfare god damn it I hate that game it ruined call of duty.
Please say treyarch have improved it and it is similar to black ops 2.
I'm on holiday when the beta drops so have to wait for the game to come out.

Black ops 3 is like the half retarded love child of AW and ghosts. Bouncing off the walls isn't nearly as bad as AW but it still feels like all the weapons are air soft guns. The water areas and wall running to get around firing lanes is neat though. Fairly disappointed that it's not half the game black ops 2 was.

My only complaint is that you don't unlock skins for guns as you play like in BO2 (those diamond skins would push me to use guns I normally wouldn't). They did add in a feature where you can design your own paint jobs for your guns. I would still rather have the unlock system like in BO2, but everything else about the game is amazing

It's a lot of fun, the gun play is good, the movement system is fantastic and nothing like aw. The specialists are fun to use, my favorite is sparrow outrider, there is nothing like pulling out a bow and winning a 5 on 1 battle

2 Replies3 perks that need to be re done otherwise it's annoying as hell. And some specialist specials needs to be toned down. Getting arc killed because a stupid teammate ran up front while I'm behind cover.

1 ReplyIt plays very smoothly, I haven't had much trouble with spawn kills, but have been spawn killed once or twice (very rare). It doesn't really seem to move like AW to me, it's rather different. Seems more like a Titanfall movement, but much smoother and less clunky over all. Matchmaking is nice so far, and I haven't experienced much lag (as of yet). The guns aren't terrible, which is the complete opposite of AW (IMO). Over all I like it much better than AW and Ghosts, but obviously this isn't the whole game so we will see.
