It is getting a nerf to be less effective. Although the truth of the matter is it will be less effective against a single target but more effective against groups. Right now one outlier can turn a triple down into one kill with minor damage to the other two. With the nerf the rocket will have to be closer before it goes off making those multi kills easier some of the time.
