Haha yes, connection can be killer. But it also doesn't work as well as it is intended to with good connection.

It's unpredictable. Sometimes smokes players. Sometimes it doesn't do much damage. Then again happens alot in pvp with most weapons. Just depends if the game is your friend or it's being a bitch to you ;)

Yes, it does. It has a very low time to kill crit, somewhere in the .7 range if I remember correctly. Very similar to red death's TTKC. However, it is VERY inaccurate due to the accidental cone increase.
