The chance. Vanilla fwc hand cannon. Only 6 bullets but with reload perks from the gun itself and from force barrier reloading takes literally half a second

I would think it is since only have a chance at in tiger or roc strikes (from blue engrams rewarded after completion) then the blue has to turn into it and has a chance at along with all other legendary primarys
