Can you please try these steps for me?
1. Check All characters
2. Check Postmaster
3. Check Vault
4. Check Special Orders
5. Repeat Step 1
If you still do not see the item, I'm sorry to say that Bungie does not restore any lost items. Also, to receive the EV-30 TUMBLER Sparrow you had to purchase and play The Dark Below before January 25, 2015

Maan wtf?!? I spent a lot of cash for the dlc and this is how Bungie treats us...The sparrow was the selling point of the dlcs. I just wanted to get another sparrow for my low level warlock :( I do normal raids once in a blue moon, even more rare to do the hard mode to get a good sparrow...
