When my teammates stand directly in front of me RIGHT when I pull the trigger on what would have been a headshot...
Sometimes it happens like 3 times in quick succession.

Bump!! My biggest peeve. I'll get a decent area that cover pinch points. And then I'll have a team mate with a shot gun sit on top of me thinking people will come close enough to get shot. -_-
