Joystiq vs Bungie - Bunch Of Sissy Girls! - Berg's Response on PG8
*EDIT* Game over....can't wait to see the write up today! Everyone got Recon except for SuperDunners Aka Justin Berg. LOLZ
Joystiq is supposed to play Bungie in a humpday tomorrow night. The only problem is, Joystiq is afraid to face Bungie themselves! Here's the text from their site:

The Challenge
Four of Bungie's most talented gamers, plucked from its very own development team, will go to war against Joystiq's team of community members in a Halo 3 showdown. This three-game fight to the death will be played exclusively on the new Mythic maps and is guaranteed to be a defining moment in video game history.
What's At Stake
For every game Joystiq wins (which should be all three), all members of that team will be awarded the highly coveted, ever so sexy and über-l33t Recon armor permutation. All participants are guaranteed a Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack redemption code just for participating.
On the flip side, each game Bungie ends up victorious, the Joystiq Xbox editors will be contractually obligated to promote the studio's greatness at E3 2009 by wearing Bungie-branded t-shirts for one day. If they win all three games, that would result in three days of t-shirt wearing at E3 and three days of extreme public humiliation.
How To Participate
For this challenge, we need you, our loyal readers. To apply for a chance to represent Joystiq in "A Mythic Halo 3 Challenge" by taking on those boisterous bad boys over at Bungie, simply comment on this post with the information listed below. We're looking for the best of the best Halo 3 players, but everyone is encouraged to apply.

Your Halo 3 Highest Skill (found here)
Your Halo 3 Ranked K/D Ratio (found here)
Any other information we should know about your Halo 3 skills.
*Application must be in by 9:00 pm ET on April 7. All participants must be able to play Halo 3 the evening of Wednesday, April 8 (team practice) AND Thursday, April 9 (the actual event). We're taking this challenge very seriously, and so should you. Joystiq's pride is at stake!

If ALL they play is MLG and their maps, they become completely lost. Now if they chose 50's that had multiple 50's in multiple lists, they would prove better for this. Spawns, timers, weapons, etc, are all different. Too much focus on one playlist will hurt you when you get into Bungie's choices.

I do think it's cool to let the fans have the option of playing employees, and getting recon armor. However I think this is one of those situations where he should let his own staff have the chance to play. ~Hawk
