We'll the people that care about mag size are a bit slow in the head, the weapon fires slow enough as it is that is why it doesn't have a large magazine... As for getting mad stability on the hopscotch it's possible but you have a penalty to range... The messenger doesn't have any penalty it's great in every field, it can have a large magazine,max stability or max reload... Take your pick lol

Hopscotch has much much better statistics in the secondary perks. If you add them up, hopscotch is much better.
