I have max grimoire 3665, and I don't consider myself the best and with the most skill, but I know my stuff and can help people.
But you do need some kind of skill to be able to complete rumble though. And the grind is truly real!

How do you recommend doing the patrol mission and public events?

For public events definitely use the app. It's really good. For VIP's I would suggest go with 2 others in earth. And everyone go separate ways. And reboot to orbit.
