Can't pre-order TTK CE without credit card?
Since I recently switched from 360 to One I was looking to buy the game again for the One. I went to the Xbox Marketplace to check the different versions of TTK that are being sold. Ended up choosing the Digital Collector's Edition. The problem is that I always get redirected to the US Marketplace and the only payment option given to me there is credit card.
Is there no way for someone who lives in Europe to pre-order the Digital Collector's Edition without a creditcard and instead use PayPal?
