During the excitement of Gjallarhorn Day I didn't get a chance to update the #CommunityWishList, so here it is late on a Saturday night,,, or actually it's early on a Sunday morning, and I am reading through the forum to pick something to add. One thing that caught my eye that I have heard a lot of requests for going all the way back to the Beta is a hardcore playlist with no supers. I have seen variations of this request with others wanting more things stripped out like radar, exotics, etc. So if this is something you want consider your feedback received. No promises that it will make it in the game, but I will bring it up with the PVP team.

Maybe a "trickle" playlist, where supers and heavy ammo only come up near the very end of the match, with a buildup effect where if the score is even, "super round" will truly define the match, but if players are skilled enough, not even a team of 6 bladedancers can score enough to come back.

Surprisingly, no. it comes from the idea of something "unshakeable" our "sturdy", so a tense, unchangeable buildup is a better example of "hardcore"

Regular crucible stats, damage, etc., but with no supers or exotics. Yes, I realize this makes it like any other PvP shooter, but if the intention is to appeal to the masses, creating a playlist that someone could go to in order to get away from frustrating things (Thorn, Blade dancer, etc.) without leaving Destiny would be a great call. Definitely the best shooter (mechanics, smoothness of gameplay, controls, etc.) that is out right now. But if you could chose to get away and play "bare bones" against other people that are fed up with metas, that would be awesome and would lock me in for the full 10 years!

Have an inferno trials of Osiris and a new crucible game mode where you can have as many exotics as you want

Maybe like a beginners arena were there is only certain load outs like halo So it's all even giving new people a chance to get used to the game or for people to enjoy a fair environment

I think no supers is too far, but adding the 'trickle' modifier to slow it all down would be great. It would fit well as the ying to mayhem modes yang. Dunno what you'd call it though. What's the opposite of mayhem? Tranquil?

this should also apply as new modifiers in PVE activities: 1. Exotics are banned 2. Supers are disabled these would add a great difficulty to both pvp and pve

Edited by RedKain243: 8/17/2015 9:27:12 AMI feel like destiny without supers isnt destiny. A "sweaty" game with no exotics and no heavy ammo is more commonly played among the competitive community. No supers isnt usually one of the rules. Check out the sweaty lfg sites/subreddits.... Private games should be higher on the list. People could set their own rules in private games.
