If you use icebreaker in PvP.
I just assume you're a first time sniper learning to snipe. Why else would you use a sniper with training wheels? (Regenerates ammo so there's very little penalty to missing and stupid high amounts of aim assist.)
Edit: if you're going to respond ignorantly make sure your stats back up your mouth.
Edit: used icebreaker tonight a few games and confirmation has come in... It's easy mode I was getting 15+ kills without ever switching weapons. Tell me how that makes sense?

7 RepliesMight double check on planet destiny but I think ice breaker has the least amount of aim assist over all others and the most kick. Hardest 2 shoot twice. The most cheeses of snipers with highest aim assist. .ldr, longbow synth, queens, any sniper with hidden hand. Most skillful use able snipers. Nlb, ice breaker, spear (without final round), pt, Just to name a few. Planet destiny can back this up. But so can most of the sniping community

Icebreaker is horrible for pvp...too much zoom and little to no stability. If you're using icebreaker, and doing well with it, then good for you.

Icebreaker is a pretty high zoom sniper and I'd have to disagree about the ammo regeneration since that's simply the perk of icebreaker and doesn't make the user bad, if anything it makes them smart for taking advantage of that extremely strategic perk.

Its a mix of an rpg and fps, some gear is better than others, its natural. Why wouldnt you use a good gun if you had it? It would be dumb not to use it.

I don't use it, but only a moron would say using a gun that has higher aim assist and generates it's own special ammo is stupid. That's just plain playing smart--even if it's just to cheese the special ammo BS.

But the zoom is too high for most maps I prefer it in combined arms where the maps are bigger

Lol u say it's a gun with training wheels but I call it a GOOD gun. Ammo regeneration is just a plus. Just like the black hammer is a GOOD gun. I don't get this community. They hate it when people have good guns
