the problem with creating New Elements or damage types is that they cant be close in Color to any type already part of the game.
red and yellow looks to much like Orange( and Vex/ Cabal solor rounds are already red) Green is to close to Blue and is already in the game as kentic and Arc damage.
also
Poison takes 2 main forms in the game.
kenetic Poison ( thorn ) and "Void" poison( seen in Wizard and Nightstalker smoke( both deal White damage)
ice is part of Void from what it looks like. ( Void is Cold)
also Ice cant be Blue or white

[i](Btw these are just names I came up with)[/i] [b]Light[/b]__________[b]Dark[/b] Solar/Orange | Blight/Green Void/Purple | Frost/White or Cyan Arc/Blue | Core/ Red or Crimson Blight is poison, looks like fire Frost would look as Void Core would look like arc. Dark elements would have a black center as Light elements have a white center. _____ I pretty much scrapped the idea partially and just stuck with Blight [i](Green Fire)[/i] as it's obviously a thing. Red energy would be cool since Ogres and Knights have a glow but Vex Hobs use Red looking Solar beams. _____ A poison element type could easily work as Green doesn't appear like other colors and it's already a thing.
