I agree but I would tweak it with:
Both customers saved up for the 60" TV.
One got lucky and won it, the other bought it. They both saved the same amount of money each week for the same number of weeks. One got lucky. I'll let the forum decide which was better: who "earned" it? I'll bet you'll agree they both did. One just got it easier than the other.
Just remember they both put in equal work.
Yes, I know it's not perfect b/c in Destiny the "lucky" one spent resources. Just deal with the analogy.

I like this analogy. I will admit I bought my ghorn yesterday, but I played almost every day since launch and RNG did not gift it to me, so I still feel like I earned it. Thank you.
