I don't think so. It is a game breaker in PvE. Not to mention that it goes against the same reason they nerfed autos. It was a required weapon in almost every circle. With this, it will still be strong, but other choices will be on a more even playing field.

I didn't buy Gjally first time around. I'm glad too. At the time I had Patience. From a legendary engram, no less. It felt so rewarding getting it. Especially since it was on a Sunday. The same Sunday that the Arc damage Devil's Lair Nightfall was running. I was 2 levels below the Nightfall requirement, don't remember what it was back then. I will always love my Patience now. Just wish we could carry more ammo in PvE. Finally got my Gjally the very last day of Skolas' first solar burn. Don't use it too much though. TL;DR Didn't buy Gjally on second week. Let me try other exotics without having a crutch. Got my Gjally recently. Don't use it that much.

A damage reduction to the Wolfpack Rounds is going to make Gjallarhorn far from useless. The Wolfpack Rounds are the seekers. I say we wait to see how it works, but I'm guessing it's still going to be the most powerful rocket launcher in the game.
