C'mon Bungie. It doesn't have a scope. It doesn't have near the zoom of any other sniper rifle in your game. It has the most obstructive iron sights possibly of any weapon in Destiny. It has a ridiculously slow fire rate, abysmal reserve ammo etc etc etc.
The least you could do would be to remove the 'glint' from the non-existing scope it apparently has. Any guardian (like myself) that loves this gun to pieces is already putting themselves at a huge disadvatage by using it in the Crucible--removing the glint is a no-brainer.
Please please please fix this. It's dumb that it has it, it should be removed. Consider it (if not for practicality's sake) an exotic perk if you have to--I don't care--it just shouldn't have it.
Yours Sincerely,
Requiascat

2 RepliesEdited by CKWK8241021: 8/18/2015 1:55:57 PMI've been saying this since it came out. There's no disadvantages to using it, if you know how. I have friends that destroy people using it. If anything it's an OP primary.

1 ReplyI agree. Scope glint for this weapon MUST GO! Excited for the buffs coming in.
-
2 RepliesTechnically, no high power scope should have a glint/glare/reflection unless the user is in direct sunlight lol

3 RepliesNo land is fun. Doesnt need to change it's hard enough to use as it is lol

1 ReplyI sooooo agree.

so that people can camp and snipe with it? hell no.

4 RepliesBungie please disregard and leave as is. It's nice to have a weapon that takes a lot of skill to use because it's so rewarding after every kill!

Completely agree

1 ReplyIt should be inherent since there's no real lens for any glare to come from. I'd actually support it as a replacement for mulligan.

The sound effect for reloading is also the same electronic sound of any other sniper. So lazy.

Yuupppp!!!!!

2 RepliesNo scope glint should be part of the weapon, like a perk to it.

Ignert, yes. But bungie doesn't care.

Ive been saying this since the very day the dark below dropped

2 RepliesNo land beyond op needs a nerf lol

21 RepliesI see people -blam!-ing quickscoping and getting one hits kills with No land Beyond so NO.

Oh that's actually the light from your helmet mounted optical space mumbojumbo
-
From a realistic stand point glint should not be on this weapon.

3 RepliesI have been using NLB pretty much exclusively in PVP lately. Sometimes I do switch it up but I have just fallen in love with the gun. The gun is designed for quick scoping or at least fast scoping. It's not the best hard scope gun. Because of this the glint really isn't a hindrance at all. To me, it is by far the strongest gun in pvp. Yet it takes the most skill and practice to use. It's not a weapon that "anyone" can equip and do well. It does have the fastest TTK in the game in regards to primaries. It is 1 of 2 primaries that can one shot a guardian. By taking the glint from the gun it has made it ridiculously OP despite the few who use it effectively. I support the glint.

4 RepliesTo all saying NLB is a one shot kill thus it should have scope glint look at the queenbreakers bow with combat sights. Still a one shot kill yet no scope glint. In my opinion it's an over look by bungle as not many use the beast that is No Land Beyond. It needs to be changed.

6 RepliesOr just take all lights off of snipers. Gun developer: hey let's put these huge ass lights on our snipers so that people can see us when we are a mile away! Deej: smart!
