disconnect issues lost all my ethnic lights

i was in the middle vault transfer got disconnected now i dont have any ethnic lights thanks to disconnect issues keep geting no internet at the same time i still have xboxlive when I test my Xbox Live connection all good never had issues tll i got this game Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help went over it 3 times. noticed it happens after you update the game
