My band and I recorded some great demos today. You: Nice You: What kind of music you play? Stranger: American Gothic. It's like a mash up of Gothic, Psychedelic, Grunge, Shoegaze, and Alternative. You: Wow Stranger: We're starting to get some of our old sound back. You: How many people are in your band? Stranger: Well, I sing and play guitar, and write. I have a bassist, a guitarist, a drummer, a violinist, two keyboardists, and a three man horn section, so that makes 11. You: Wow thats big Stranger: Yeah. It takes a lot of instruments to create our sound. Stranger: But really only my producer and I do all the recording for albums. Stranger: I can pretty much play most of those instruments, so we get done faster. You: Nice You: sounds like you are a good musician Stranger: Yeah, I suppose so. My fans have abandoned me recently. Stranger: Ever since we got the band back together it's been rough. You: you still got alot of fans? Stranger: Yeah, but nowhere near as much as I did in the 1990's. Stranger: Have you ever heard of us before? You: I dont live in America You: So I havnt Stranger: Does 'the Smashing Pumpkins' ring a bell? You: Yes Stranger: Yeah. Stranger: Do you like our music?
