Well you're getting better. Unlike your last few post where you were completely wrong, this time you are only half wrong. It has been stated that legendaries won't be able to upgrade, but exotics would. I believe it was in the response where they told us not to dismantle anything. Edit: still looking for where it was stated, might of been in an interview. will look more later got more important things to do now.
