Stick with her and support her and give her all the time she needs to recover. She's going to know you care about her and you're there for her. Please don't hurt yourself, that won't solve anything.

She knows I care, but I'm afraid she might think I'm weird for caring way too much for the opposite sex. I will try not to hurt myself, though. I will wait for more responses to learn how to deal with my problems in the meantime. Thank you.

Why would it be weird for someone to care for the opposite sex? It's natural for us to care about one another, especially for the opposite sex.
