Im having the same issue. Redeemed 4 cans I bought so I could level up my titan and I still have nothing. Another thing I saw was that yesterday people were getting random beneficiary packages. I didn't get one, and I didn't get my FL either.

I also have not received my FL from a redeemed code, nor did I receive the "unknown beneficiary" gift, and have not gotten the strange coins from signing up with my email for the last couple of weeks (I only got it once so far). So basically pretty much nothing linked to email-related delivery seems to be working for me...
