STILL NOT getting The husk of the pit drop!
Ive farmed a total of 5 1/2 hours since the patch for a husk i have 4 friends that have gotten them in under half an hour and im still farming. Im at 50 kills on sword's of crota today alone. Anyone know of a system glitch or account glitch that prevents me from getting it? Or am i really just that unlucky? Its getting stupid at this point bungie.

I'm afraid you're just super unlucky bud. I got my first post-patch Husk after 30 kills. Then doing the Eris bounty today, got another on my 3rd kill. Two Husks in 33 kills, it's definitely dropping! Stay at it man!

The Husk of the Pit is dropping. Bungie has confirmed here in this [url=https://mobile.twitter.com/Bungie/status/631199736842719232]tweet[/url]. Although, it is an RNG based drop, so it can drop on this first try, or the 50th try. Good luck!

5 RepliesI know your pain. On 60 kills today over 300 total, 100 of those being post patch and have never had it drop.

3 RepliesHate to say it, but I think you're just super unlucky. There have been many, many reports of people getting it to drop after the patch. Good luck!
