That sounds like the package you get after you beat the main story or hit 20 I don't remember which it is. You get your '1st' mote of light and a class specific shader. I think Provincial Royal is the Warlock shader, Polar Oak is the Titan shader, and Jester Apogee is the Hunter shader (or something like that).

You could be right, but I still haven't finished the main story on my warlock but I did hit max level
