The 18 yr old individual needs to be careful - he/she could be one argument away from being a sex offender.

If you're both in high school still yeah if you're graduated no.

No. Once she is 18 you can date her. Sub 18 is bad news for everyone, seeing as she will not be the same person in a year anyway. Neither will you as well.

In this -blam!-ed up world kids are 5 years older mentally but still stupid ass -blam!-s

1 ReplyEdited by Jr23TypeR: 8/14/2015 5:16:51 AMWith parents consented yes. When I was 18 I dated 15 year old going on 16. Before anything I asked her parents if it's ok. They had no problem with it. Dated her for 3+ years. Besides its only a 3 year difference. To be dating someone 3 years older or 3 years younger is ok. Anything more than that definitely not.

Nah wait till she can drive
Edit: kinda funny how everyone is taking this as sex.. i said dating! Seriously lol just goes to show what people think and it's disgusting.
If an 18 year old is dating a 16 year old, it is probably for sex.

No. 18 and 21 is ok.

I think that if you're above consent it doesn't matter from a maturity pov. But if a minor is dating an older person it creeps me out a little, but each to their own.
-
Bad idea hands down

I'm fine with dating someone 3 years older or younger than me but I wouldn't do it if one is older than the age of consent and the other isn't, unless they started dating before that.

Edited by CaptainMandalore: 8/14/2015 5:03:32 AMWell when I was a freshman in highschool a girl started dating a senior and they're still together (I'm a freshman in college now)

Morally probably. Legally.......... do not fuking do it. Especially if your a guy. Courts do not operate under common sense. If someone decided to rat you out for some reason you would absolutly go to jail. And after you survive that you'll have to register as a sex offender. It will ruin your life.

At 18, I wouldn't have dated a 15 year old. At 15, I would have dated an 18 year old. I'm 22, and I still wouldn't date someone who was 19, but when I was 19, I would have dated someone in their 30s.

Considering an 18 year old OK doesn't exist then yes.

3 RepliesThere is only a 12 year difference between my girl and me. I just turned 16 and she is 4.

Wait. She/He needs to be able to give consent (legally)
-
Since they're both in high school I think it's fine
