Hi now before every body starts telling me to buy a ps4. I've been having this problem with my 3 xbox one controllers lately I haven't been able to play anything with out it disconnecting within 5 min of gaming. I can only play when the play and charge kit wire is plugged in. Is anyone else having this similar issue. It's really frustrating that since last month this has been happening. And yes the battery pack is fully charged as well Edit: my xbox is located on a shelf close to the floor and I play on my bed which is high so I'm not facing the xbox. But I haven't got any problems until recently. And again batteries aren't the issue. I appreciate everyone that commented and is throwing a few helping hands. Thank you.
