Do u still need your blue strangers rifle to be able to do the quest?

I don't think so. It might be a mini quest bounty kind of thing though

It would be awesome to see them do something with the khvostov as well, its got that m-16/ar-15 kinda feel to it. Its a pretty iconic weapon
