7 or 8 I can't remember. But I use this sensitivity for quick draws, and fast snipes. I played Halo for years and that was always my key to success; keep the sensitivity fluid but snappy.

Except you are dead wrong. Solid snipers use low sensitivity. You do not need to be able to move fast when you are ADS. You should already be close to the head before (pre - aim/positioning) before you even scope.
