Hi, been with Destiny since day one. Was reason I originally got a PS4, however, my friends no longer bother playing and a few others switched to Xbox One.
Despite being around since day one I have never grouped for Hard content, seen a raid or any expansion content due to not wanting to stay solo.
So now with the Taken King I have the chance to switch as the http://www.game.co.uk/en/destiny-the-taken-king-collectors-edition-668149/?merchname=hubDestiny-_-edition-_-TheTakenKingCollectorsXB1 gives me everything I need, MINUS, my original content from Ghost Edition and one time events.
Obviously the Ghost Edition is not something I can simply go out and replace, especially considering price and I only want my digital items transferred such as Ghost, emblems and I also believe a stunt bike was awarded at one point?
Then of course you got the Year 1 VIP items that I would get awarded to my PS4, but not on Xbox One due to me restarting over again and getting codes after 31st August...
I do not get why their is a global Bungie account, but items do not transfer platforms. Emblems are in my Bungie, Ghost tied to my PS4 account? Why not have them in a global place to avoid such issues? I am sure I am not only one switching at this chance due to re-owning the Game again + expansions for CE.
[b]YES I did send a ticket to Activision in regards to my Ghost Edition. They shut down my ticket without even reading it. So I have no idea why it was even declined. Just a generic email. Twitter is also silent with no reply, therefore it is why I am here.[/b]
I have to say getting my Ghost Content + 1 Time Awards is a deal maker/breaker for me. If I cannot get them transferred then I sadly will not switch or support. Cannot see a reason to pay to play solo, while missing out on major content. Especially considering many of my friends raid nearly daily on Xbox One.

3 RepliesWell, I ended up picking up Xbox Trail. Gave it a whirl so now I have a Xbox One Account for Destiny. Picked up a cheap retail disc today to level for upcoming expansion. Leveled to 7 on Hard mode only. Progress on this issue? - 0%... Customer Support is part of the review process. No point having a game without any support for current/future issues. A simple acknowledgement would be fantastic.
