I rather pay 99 cents, instead of losing 1 hour of my life farming glimmer for weapon parts or order new weapons on TTK
Edit 1: If you guys don't have anything to do, and waste time of your life farming on Exclusion Zone, fine by me. Getting Glimmer and saving me time, won't make me a better player or have an advantage.
Edit 2: Only Glimmer!! Chill out... ;)
OffTopic: Are we still using Spinmetal on TTK?

1 ReplyI would quit if this happend
-
-blam!- no. Make Glimmer go up to 100k though.
-
Exclusion Zone + Resupply Codes = Glimmer They have enough of our money already.
-
No. Just no. Gtfo
-
1 ReplyDo the VOG and Crota raid for shards to trade for glimmer. Takes a little longer but less boring
-
Really been maxed at 25k for 4 weeks now need to make it 50k

F off

1 ReplyNo, I do not want any type of micro transaction in the game
-
I would pay that, hate glimmer farming
-
You obviously don't have an over abundance of ascendent and radiant materials
-
Problem is it would never stop with glimmer. Once they see money coming in then it becomes an upgrade material/weapon parts bundle. Keep microtransactions on mobile.
-
2 RepliesJust don't turn in the glimmer items to the Cryptarch (silken codexes, axiomatic beads, house banners, network keys, royal crystals, etc) and store them in your vault. You'd be surprised how quickly your glimmer reserves will grow. I have well over 60,000 glimmer in reserve plus a maxed out 25,000 in my main account. It takes a little self discipline, but pays off. I would not pay a penny to buy glimmer when it's so easy to acquire.
-
No way. I would quit this game over micro transactions. Others have mentioned ways to trade for glimmer. Biggie does need to improve their currency system however.
-
If bungie added microtransactions, it wouldn't stop at glimmer. Microtransactions are cancer on the the gaming industry. Keep this game clear of them!
-
You can trade ascendant and radiant materials for glimmer... If you do a raid you can get around 5k from a single raid. That's 30k if you do VoG and CE with all 3 characters.
-
4 RepliesNo to micro transactions However I do believe some kind of vendor should allow you to trade marks for glimmer etc
-
Micro transactions, even as innocuous as the one you suggested, always lead to something worse. Better just to keep them out of the game. I'm actually really happy that Bungie only charges for their DLC and nothing else. Seems like every shooter nowadays has some type of booster pack to buy. If you don't want to grind for one hour on exclusion zone, do strikes or raids on all 3 characters and turn in the motes/shards for glimmer.

Hell. No.

gp to hell thk you

Edited by NL Helix: 8/13/2015 8:35:39 PMGo back to your mobile device games. I'd say Hell NO to micro transactions for glimmer. Don't be so lazy and get your ass whooped by Cabal.

Im on max glimmer. Also have glimmer in the vault. What you spending all your glimmer on man? I literally never "farm" for glimmer. It just builds up as you play o_O
