After sitting here and watching the forums for weeks, seeing all the debate about the end game matchmaking, I've come to the realization that what Destiny actually needs is an [b] In Game Recruitment Menu[/b]. Similar to the Recruitment Forum here on this site. [b]The way I see it working:[/b] [b]Step 1:[/b] Fireteams of 3 or more may post a listing looking for additional players. This post must consist of the activity planned, as well as the type/s of guardian/s in need. It may also allow for the fireteam to post a minimum level for the activity(this may or may not be necessary after TTK). [b]Step 2:[/b] Solo players or groups of two and three can then browse the listings on this Recruitment Menu in search of a favorable activity. They can then sign up for the listing and wait for a response or acceptance.
