All my vendors are bugged and I can't do anything

I love this game and I spend a lot of my time playing it. But since it was released the second DLC, I gradually noticed an unpleasant bug related to the vendors and the events like the Iron Banner. Objects that disappear, the possibility of not being able to buy some things, “ghost” objects in the inventory that doesn’t appear when you need them. Initially, however, was not a very invasive problem (yes, was annoying but fixable returning to the Destiny home screen several times), but in the last month the situation has become unmanageable. I tried all. Closing the game, restarting it, restarting the console, restarting the ADSL modem, starting the game on the Xbox 360, starting the game on the Xbox One, removing items from the inventory, eliminating some bounties, eliminating some engrams but nothing positive happened to my Guardians. So, I ask this to all of you and to Bungie: What can I do to eliminate these problems? If you don't know how, there is a way to ask directly to Bungie? How do I do it? Thanks guys and I hope to resolve this problem soon.

  • I can say that with the new patch all the problems seem to have disappeared. Thanks Bungie.

    I too have these problems. Here is the link to my post: [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/143916564/0/0/1[/url] By the way, I think it is stupid that the help article says to try deleting all of my bounties. If I delete my bounties, I don't have any to turn in. If I pickup more bounties and complete them, I'm unable to redeem them due to the vendor bug. I currently have 3 iron bounties that I want to keep for the next iron bounty. One is completed and the other 2 are almost complete. The rest are crucible bounties that I have completed or almost completed. Unlike the normal crucible bounties, I actually have the option to turn in the iron banner bounty, but as I said, I want to hold it. I could risk abandoning it and see if that helps, but I've deleted all of my bounties before without any luck. The last time I deleted all of my bounties, I had an Elder Cipher. Fortunately, Variks offered it back to me, but unfortunately, I can't pick it back up because of the vendor bug. As a software developer, I know it's not always easy fixing these things. Sometimes, the hardest part is simply reproducing the bug. I haven't heard much about this issue and so I'm guessing that it may not be very widespread. I'm willing to work one-on-one with Bungie to help diagnose the issue if needed. At the very least, I'd like a response from them concerning the status of the issue.
