How to counter a sniper?
Seeing as shotguns are getting a nerf in 2.0, I feel like snipers will become (much more) popular in the crucible. How do you usually deal with a sniper?

Because if it's a Hovey you're only chance is to jump where he isn't expecting you to be and kick him with a Sticky/Rocket/Super/Shotgun/Fusion/Thorn/LW (the latter HAVE to be 2-crit kills). And drain his Special ammo supply every time it spawns. Make sure he has nothing. If he's using Icebreaker/NLB you're just done unless you gang up on him like he's got a permanent Golden Gun. If more traditional just get a flank going, if a full team hanging in the back of the Shores get a four-man group to bundle and push one side and after you kill one of 'em have the other two come from the mid.
