As much as I hate endless Thorn and whatever, this is the unfortunate truth.

trials and iron banner are competitive game modes where winning actually means something. regular crucible matches are meaningless unless you're a k/d whore, in which case you have no life

The objective is to win, regardless. I get your point. But any pvp is there to beat opponents. If I want to screw around with sub par weapons for fun, I'll do it in patrol or strikes.

The argument is to use a variety of weapons for fun. I use a variety of weapons where it doesn't put me at a disadvantage. It doesn't need to be "gratifying," just fun.

So why exactly do you play normal crucible then? I mean do you play just to stand around or explore the maps? Or is it OH MAN DAMMIT I CANT GOT 40-2 FREAKIN SWEATIES.
