It's unfortunate how people have become so reliant on having a selfrez lock in a group. Of course it's great when the lock pops and goes clutch mode saving a wipe; however, when a good player can properly play the other styles it can make for a much quicker and much more fun run. Sunsinger support class that focuses on orb generation for example or voidwalker who takes out that big mob of adds that's blocking your escape route.that last one wasn't a very good example. But the point is: if other people can get on board with changing team tactics there are multiple ways to play/play with a lock. I guess it's a matter of having a proactive offensive strategy rather than a reactive defensive strat.
