Anyone Actually Paying $20 For Emotes?
I wanted to know who was buying the $20 emotes. Just curious, not here to argue.
Edit: This post is referring to veteran players not Year 2 Guardians because you guys get a sweet deal.
Edit 2: I only made this post to see who was actually buying it. I wasn't really interested in buying it. Still don't know if I will or if I won't...
Edit 3: Just because you buy the emotes and stuff doesn't make you any better than anyone else don't bash people for not wanting to buy, accept their opinion and stop forcing yourselves on people. You people that spend money on this stuff act like it's a religion.
Edit 4: I'm no longer replying to anyone, some of you are just idiots and don't know how to just have a calm debate but instead want to bash people for their opinion. Most of Destiny's community don't even really know what they want, their just confused.

Lol can you image how much better destiny would be if your just having one of those usual glitchy destiny days and your beyond frustrated and out of nowhere you get mooned... You'd have to be pretty stupid to pay $20 for some emotes lol even if you are have expendable cash you'd still be stupid. Its a rip off, i'd feel ashamed trying to charge peoplw that much for a few emotes Bungie know a decent chunk of their fans will do it though...

Just because they think it's a ripoff or stupid or a waste of money doesn't mean that other people do. They are not smarter and their opinion is not worth more. Some want it, some don't. That fact that so many people get excited about this makes it pretty clear (at least to me) that a lot of people want these things. They shouldn't bash people for wanting to buy it. In their perspective it is worth it. It is a perspective and it's not wrong. Neither is not wanting to buy it. It's not wrong either.

Not saying it's not overpriced but look at world of Warcraft, some crown for 15 dollars, a horse for 30 dollars now that is way overpriced. I think the Destiny cosmetics would be 15 man though

1 ReplyI've ordered the collector's edition.. But I always thought that 20 USD is a lot of money for 3 shaders, 3 emotes, 3 class items. Then I looked at ebay for a Blacksmith shader and came to the conclusion that 20 bucks is dirt-cheap....
