My only Gjallarhorn vanished from my inventory!!!!
Edit: My Gjally showed up again after 8 hours of being nowhere to be found. Thank you for your helpful comments!
My all-time favorite weapon, Gjallarhorn, has vanished from my character's inventory. It is not in the vault, or any of my other character's inventories either. I played last week and used my Gjally as usual, but when I signed on today, POOF, it disappeared, and to say I'm pissed off would be an understatement. This is just the kind of bug that will make me eventually quit playing this game entirely. I've read many forum posts and help articles about it being a system caching issue, and that I should wait a maximum of two hours, but nope, it's still gone, and of course Bungie supplies ZERO support for such matters, effectively backing out of taking any responsibility. So, I just wanted to share this to vent and to let everyone know that this can happen to them. If my precious Gjally doesn't reappear by the end of the week, consider my Destiny disc sold.

I'm sorry to hear that, Unfortunately, Bungie cannot restore any [b]lost[/b] or [b]dismantled[/b] items under any circumstances. If an item is lost or dismantled often the item will be permanently missing. [b]Tips on double checking for your lost items[/b]: - check post master - check inventory - check your specific item inventory (weapons, armor etc) - log out of Destiny and log back in and check the above steps - check the above steps on all characters If not resolved, I am sorry. Hello, Can you please do the following for me: 1. Log into all characters and check their inventory, postmaster, and Special Orders 2. Check the vault 3. Log out and into Destiny 4. Repeat Steps 1&2 If you are still unable to find the item, I hate to tell you Bungie does not restore any item for any purpose.
