Why do people say muted?
I don't understand the need to tell someone that you muted them. Who cares if you mute them? They certainly shouldn't. If you absolutely see the need to mute someone just do it! Btw, anyone that replies is automatically muted ;)

If I mute somebody, I never say anything. The people who do, probably do it because they want to feel superior, they want to make the other know that they got the last word. They are under the impression that they have won the argument, even though they just ran from it like a small child. If you want to mute somebody, do it. But no need to try and display your superiority. That makes you just look dumb.
