Yeah reactive reload does increase damage but there's one problem. You have to get a kill and reload in order for it to do that damage. Plus it only lasts like 4 seconds. Even if you got to hit someone with it, it's still a 2 burst kill. Messenger I find better due to the fact if I miss the head but still hit the body then hit the head twice it will kill him because that damage boost brought it back to all headshot damage. The messenger outclasses the gun. No grind and no waste of weapon parts and motes.
