I think it's a little slow. I got a couple during Iron Banner and the stats looked great, but when I tried it out, it feels very sluggish. It's still a great gun, though. Personally, it's the best legendary PR I have. But, compared to Red Death or Bad Juju, even without their perks, it doesn't compare well.
