Are faction packages broken?
Anyone know? I've been getting one mote a lot lately and started saving them up now and waiting to open them to hear if there's a problem

It's just bad luck. I had a couple in a row like that but then I started getting weapons and armor again. In the last 2-3 weeks I have gotten 2 shaders from NM ( themisto and Cleopatra?) Also received bittersteel from DO, still no ships tho. Just a matter of luck is all

Either 1 mote or a coin. Then the rare legendary legs I've gotten numerous times.

Same with me. I have only gotten motes of light from New Monarchy after the last patch.

Saving packages doesn't help with this at all, the packages in you post are already determined on what rewards you are getting.

Same I've opened a ton and I know that shaders and ships are rare af but honestly I got bitter steel at rank 4 before HoW and I haven't gotten shit since.

Right now they're random, I believe. But they're being restructured with the Taken King. I think they said in some Gamescom interview on IGN that each faction will have quests to get specific faction loot.
