It's not cheap or OP to use but I would say you have to try pretty hard (strafe/ tapping off head shots)

I don't try when I play crucible all too often, it's not a gun you'd have to try to hard with

Compared to tlw or thorn? Sure it is. You have to strafe and land multiple head shots. Time to kill is slow compared to others so it's takes effort

I rarely strafe. It takes more skill than tlw and thorn (so does moving) but if you land first shot the staggering rounds make it hard for them to hit you
