Grinded about 100 strikes now and haven't gotten it. Playing a dragon strike with my friend yesterday and asked him if he's heard of the hopscotch. He says no and we continue playing and about 2 strikes later it drops for him

Didnt even bother wasting time to grind. Messenger and TTK will do.

Grinded hard to get it, blew a shit ton of motes to get third eye, braced frame(?) and headseeker. Tried it out in last weeks Iron Banner and went right back to my Three Little Words which out performs it in every way. It's a good weapon, but not as good as some make it out to be.

When are people going to realize that the 55 ALLFATE out performs the hopscotch anytime, anyday... Purchase a 55 from the vanguard and roll it with Hand laid and hidden hand and you have a beast of mass destruction.

1 ReplyI want it but don't got it. I have a 55a-allfate with Outlaw, Hand-Laid Stock, and Headseeker in the meantime. Same stability, range, mag size, and reload as Hopscotch. It is just a faster firing version. (therefore less impact)

Doesn't matter, next month it will be replaced by an uncommon pulse rifle 15 minutes into the new story line. So I will deal without it for now... (End salty post)

The Spare Change.25 is a good replacement in the meantime.. Roll that up to get Braced Frame for stability, (maybe also roll for Rodeo as well?) and you'll have a Pulse Rifle with the same Rate of Fire & Impact, and with nearly the same stability, and greater Range. That will at least let you figure out if the Pilgrim is worth the grind in the meantime..

I have one and think it"s a pretty solid gun. The base stats out perform all other pulse rifles and yes even the messenger. The only base stat the messenger has +1 on the Hopscotch is range. Head seeker or reactive reload makes the hopscotch deadly! One of the guys I raid with has 100+ dragon strikes and doesn't have one. I understand your pain brother.
