The game's been out for almost a year. How could someone NOT have 3 characters at or near 34?

It would have taken dlc to get to 34 is all I'm saying. And to have three almost all 34 shows his addiction or long play time of the game he is moaning about Half the people on the forum give out about destiny whilst still playing it daily
