Wow that's insane. The judge sounds like he lives in the 50's and why is the girl not being charged with anything for lying about her age? Kid learned a valuable lesson in being careful who you sleep with but I hope he doesn't have his life ruined all because of a one nighter with someone he thought was older than she actually was. If it doesn't look legal then don't tap it.
