Hi Troop86,
If you have the season pass make sure that you have actually downloaded the expansions I & II, just go the PSN/Xbox Store and if you see them listed as "Free" download them.
After you done that try pre-ordering the $40 standalone version of The Taken King.
But if you are on Xbox 360 or PS3 you will be unable to pre-order the digital version of The Taken King.

Hi Friend_Within, I currently own both expansions 1 and 2. They were purchased individually. However, it's asking me to purchase the expansion Dark Below again. I already bought this expansion.

I tried restoring licenses and the issue still persists. It is known to me that after purchasing the dark below it was still offering me to purchase it again. However, I could pre-order the expansion last week, even though I had this issue with the dark below DLC. I will contact Sony.
