Leaving year 1 weapons behind another F U to grinders
So basically everyone starts exactly the same once TTK drops and that is garbage. I raided VoG alot and deserve my Vision or Fatebringer! I Ghorned crota plenty of times for my black hammer(which you have already ruines.) I became flawless several times for my Adept Messenger and Scholar. I ran through hours upon hours of strikes for my Hopscotch Pilgrim. For what? For it to be taken away. I cannot believe this. I should be rewarded for being a year 1 grinder. Not put into this communistic everyone is even crap. THUMBS DOWN

We love our weps. Bungie has shown us worse weapons as they change. Players arnt afraid of change...they are afraid destiny will -blam!- it up and they will have no point to play if the guns are not fun.

Maybe, take a chill pill. You could wash it down with your tears that I have collected. Maybe don't be a digital hoarder. You are not a snowflake, and even if you were, you would just end up melting and ending up the same as all the other snowflakes. They are attempting to revamp the loot system. This wouldn't work if the old weapons were relevant. I welcome the change in hopes that it's to create a more balanced universe where everyone doesn't end up using the same over powered gear. Then and only then can you be unique.

For true grinders the prospect of new gear is a good thing. They'll likely be the first ones with it.

The thing that I don't understand about everyone getting upset with old weapons being replaced is that nobody forced you to grind for weapons or armor. I'm not 34 on any of my 3, and that's fine with me. Does it take away from enjoying the game? No. I am only speaking for myself here, but games progress, that's the natural order of things. Do you want new content? Or would you honestly rather keep the game exactly where it is and never move forward? I would much rather get the new content and sacrifice anything I have obtained than continually play the exact same thing over and over and over again... Just one guardians opinion.

I admit I'll have times where I play a lot (still not as much as you)and then there's times where I didn't play VOG or Crota until the last expansion. Go enjoy the outdoors maybe try and lose your virginity too maybe the gym? There's more to life than hours and hours on a -blam!-ing game.
