Just won four Rumble matches, playing against a fireteam of three sitting in a corner letting one guy get Void kills. At the end of each match, I reported all three for cheating. Is this fair?
By the way, I first completed the bounty on a Hunter with no Void primary (Used Red Death), Praedyth's Revenge, and Corrective Measure. I think it took me 5-10 games. I would consider myself above average, but it really isn't that hard to complete.

It may be, but I can't find the energy to care. I went through the whole thing on my own, no void primary, a void secondary late in the bounty. Is what it is. Just think, you're better, you did it the right way. The hard way.
-
No but using it after you get it.... Well.... :-/
-
1 ReplyAbsolutely cheating. Not to mention they ruin the game for other who enjoy a challenging competition. Thanks for reporting them!
-
the boosting to get it, as well as using it afterwards are both questionable

Yea, but I ain't mad

Anyone who can't do it sucks. My 7 year old brother can do it

5 RepliesI finished the thorn bounty in iron banner and it's still bare bones have not touched it I think I have a few kills on it but it just sits in my vault. I don't see why I should 365 it when it's just gonna get the nerf anyways.

I helped my noob friend get it,I'm not exactly good at pvp but it wasn't difficult for me. He couldn't get past 200 points. So just let him annihilate me in rumble. Everyone else was just running round, doing their thing. Only took 3 matches,I'm sure it didn't ruin anyone's life.

4 RepliesNo it isnt cheating. Its cheap tho. But honestly, it doesnt really bother me. If they have to boost to complete the bounty then they aren't any threat in crucible with or without thorn.
-
1 ReplyYes and I do everything I can to stop them. I even pulled out the thorn the other day to stop these fiends.haha
-
Bro easy kills y complain just target them and make it all that harder for them. I to did mine the right way and don't even use the gun but doesn't bother me that much how other ppl chose to play this game or get their goods tbh
-
Yea, if they can't do the PvP part then why should they get one of the most dominant guns in PvP? Thanks for the report on behalf of us who had to do this shit with epilogue and green/blue secondaries
-
Thorn is mainly a PVP gun. If you can't beat the PVP segment then you don't deserve Thorn.
-
Yes it is cheating. If u cant get the gun off your own merits u dont deserve it.

Edited by UchihaItachi_899: 8/11/2015 8:34:45 AMYes it is cheating. I have done the thorn bounty about 6 times across 3 profiles. It is not hard especially with the plethora of void weapons available now. It was hard as a hunter back in the beginning and i am glad that i had a chance to do it then. For those who will search my stats and call me a noob fail liar...my main account is uchihaitachi899 My alt xboc acc is sly kirito. And my friends account i hot thorn for is znorway.

Wouldn't worry about it, using Thorn is essentially cheating anyway.
-
7 RepliesIf any scrub does this; A. They do not deserve it B. They should not be playing pvp C. They should be subject of the ban hammer for boosting Obtaining an item that you should not be entitled to is akin to theft. Morally, people that do this must suck at life. Probably let others achieve the goal then brag about how good they were in completing it. Straight up b1tches.

Hmm not really cheating, imo, unless bungie defines it as such (just like ToO cherrypicking). It is, however, incredibly lame. I wpuld make it a sport to hunt the guy and ruin his k/d. Why fireteams are even allowed in rumble, i dont understand.
