It's a bit OP if you look at the combination of its perks and stats. -It's tied with TLW and WoC for the highest RoF for Handcannons with TLW only beating it due to fan-fire. -With Aggressive Ballistics it does 84 damage per headshot with the additional damage from the DoT. -With Send It it has incredible range and headshots are even easier. I could usually easily kill snipers and Scout Rifle users from across the map. -With Perfect Balance you can spam shots up close. With it being three body shots to kill, it was easy. It needed to be toned down.
