For the love God, please wave when you find the ether chest.
Don't be a jerk. Please wave when you find the chest. Especially in the bigger areas like the mothyards and the hellmouth. It's just common courtesy and the nice thing to do.

Or you could learn the spots, like everyone else. What if you are soloing it, do you just give up and not look for it, cause no one pointed it out for you. As where it is helping to wave, dance etc, to inform other people. It is certainly not an obligation. Have a great one.
