Why do you still need ether chest?
The keys are easy to come by - first queen bounty of the week , small chests in PoE etc
Anyway once you have all the queen weapons and PoE weapon there is not much point to open the big chest

First bounty of the week is per account not character. I frequently finish PoE without a key.
